Our 24-month Global Graduate Programme offers a unique and personalized journey within Commercial organization. What you can look forward to:
During your Global Graduate Programme:

• You will dive into different functions and areas to get insights into the main areas of our Commercial organization in DACH and Global.
• Areas you will be focusing on will be Marketing, Medical, Sales Teams & supporting functions like CommEx, Business Insights or Market Access and Communication.
• Proactivity is key to shape your own career path in order to make the most out of your programme, while being supported by your mentor through ambition talks, coaching sessions & performance assessments.
• You will participate in group trainings, focused on finding your career path, strengthening your presentation skills and developing intercultural, as well as first leadership skills.
• Additionally, you will be part of the Global Graduate Network.

• An excellent degree in Business Administration, industrial Engineering or related studies.
• First professional experience in relevant fields (e.g. through international Internship) with continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
