Are you ready for your next professional challenge? We’re looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting one of our largest clients in downtown Calgary. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth site performance, and act as a critical liaison between GardaWorld and our client.

What does a Field Supervisor in downtown Calgary do?
Serve as the primary liaison between GardaWorld and the client, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective communication.
Maintain regular contact with site supervisors to discuss scheduling, staffing, and operational updates.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Conduct quality assurance visits, health and safety meetings, and site audits to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Manage and maintain site schedules to ensure all shifts are filled promptly.
Track and coordinate employee training, recommending new training opportunities as needed.
Attend and participate in regular meetings, including those related to health and safety, security operations, performance, and investigations.
Provide after-hours supervision across multiple client sites, supporting staff, ensuring shift coverage, and coordinating with site managers as required.
Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and HR statistics for the account.
Report directly to the Dedicated Major Account Coordinator and Senior Account Manager.
Qualifications required for a Field Supervisor in Calgary
Valid Alberta Security License.
Full Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Diploma in Security Technology or a related field is an asset.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a physical security environment.
Certified Protection Officer (CPO) designation or equivalent is a strong asset.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Professional, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Must be flexible to work afternoon and night shifts as required.
