Job Title: Online Sales Agent – Full Time

Location: Orlando, FL

About the Position: As an Online Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online sales presence, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The objective will be to leverage online platforms to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position pay structure is a base hourly pay plus monthly commission opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product and service offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
  • Identify potential leads and conduct necessary follow-ups to meet sales quotas.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and propose solutions that meet their needs and capabilities.
  • Update and maintain accurate client records, ensuring all interactions and sales activities are documented.
  • Track and document calls and sales processes, ensuring thorough follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Engage in any required training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience including building and retaining customers, managing significant deadlines, and driving continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in an online or remote capacity.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, particularly suited for remote work environments.
  • High level of computer proficiency, essential for managing online sales platforms and CRM systems.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, capable of building strong relationships in a virtual setting.
  • Energetic and outgoing individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Physical Requirements

  • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variation and able to access all areas of the building without limitations.
