Resident Care Director (LVN)

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
Reports To: Executive Director

A client of Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Director (RCD) to join their leadership team at Sundale Senior Living in The Woodlands, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 20-35 caregivers and med techs.

• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and medication management.

• Ensure compliance with Texas HHSC standards and all community policies.

• Manage EMAR/EHR documentation (August Health system preferred).

• Foster effective communication between residents, families, and staff.

• Provide training, performance feedback, and coaching to direct reports.

• Partner with the Executive Director to maintain excellence in care quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability throughout the department.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (or higher) in good standing.

• 3+ years of experience in Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Long-Term Care (LTC) leadership.

• Proven success leading teams in 40+ unit communities or larger.

• Proficient with EMAR/EHR systems; tech-savvy and detail-oriented.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead with compassion, integrity, and accountability.

• Must reside within 30 minutes of The Woodlands, TX (77381/77380/77382) or be open to relocation.
