Tipton Mills Foods is a contract developer and manufacturer of functional powdered beverages. We provide turnkey solutions for brand owners, including formulation, ingredient sourcing, blending, agglomeration, and packaging—all under one roof in Columbus, Indiana.

Our portfolio includes medical foods, toddler formulas and cereals, protein powders, meal replacements, hydration drinks, hot cocoas, coffees, and instant teas. Our team formulates, processes, and packages beverage powders into consumer ready packaging.

Position Summary
Tipton Mills Foods is a specialty manufacturer of powdered beverages and foods. This role upholds our core values: Respect, Safety, Customer Focus, and Performance.

The Supply Chain Leader plays a critical role in the supply chain organization by owning the procurement process, driving purchasing excellence, and ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials and ingredients to meet customer commitments. This individual leads strategic planning, vendor management, continuous improvement, and inventory optimization in alignment with operational, financial, and customer satisfaction goals. The individual is expected to lead proactively, solve problems decisively, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

This role reports to the CFO and collaborates closely with Executive Leadership, Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Success is measured by the ability to deliver materials On Time and In Full, prevent inventory disruptions, and support the company’s growth through reliable sourcing, improved vendor performance, and cost management.
