As our Jeep Service Advisor, you’ll be the ultimate guide for customers navigating the world of vehicle maintenance. You’ll blend technical know-how with top-tier customer service to deliver an experience that’s as smooth as a freshly tuned engine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Way: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and guide them through the service process like a pro.
- Translate Tech Talk: Break down diagnostics and repair recommendations in a way that builds trust and confidence.
- Team Up: Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate service and timely turnarounds.
- Stay Organized: Create estimates, manage repair orders, and handle warranty claims with precision.
- Keep It Real: Communicate clearly and consistently with customers—no jargon, no surprises.
- Deliver WOW: Go above and beyond to make every customer feel like part of the Jeep family.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in automotive service advising (bonus points for Jeep or off-road knowledge!)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A customer-first mindset and a love for solving problems
- Familiarity with dealership software (CDK,)
- Valid driver’s license and a sense of adventure
