The role you’ll contribute:
Manages daily operations and develops, implements, and monitors plans for patient care services in the imaging department.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Monitors workflow and productivity, adjusting staffing and resources as needed to meet patient demand and ensure timely turnaround.
- Supports and oversees department regulatory and accreditation compliance.
- Participates in budget planning and operational decision-making, providing input on staffing, equipment, and resource needs.
- Engages in talent development, including onboarding, training, and the talent care process to foster a high-performing team.
Maintains effective communication with staff, leadership, clinical partners, facilitating alignment on priorities and expectations.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Associate Required
- Bachelor's Preferred
- 0+ Work Experience Required
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required and
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required or
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required or
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required or
- American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required or
- Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Required or
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required or
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) Required
