LaborWorx is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. The demand for skilled tradespeople is extremely high and LaborWorx has a nationwide network of talent that’s ready to go to work. Since inception, we’ve had a tremendous amount of success. As we scale, we need a highly motivated Account Manager to help us execute our mission and vision as we continue to empower the skilled trades workforce and create value for our customers. As we grow our customer base, we need an Account Manager to bring the perfect blend of hunting, farming, and customer success to the organization, ensuring our customers the receive care and support they deserve.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
LaborWorx continues to experience a tremendous amount of success. Our services are in high demand. We continue to sign new logos that leverage our staffing solutions. To account for this growth and provide quality service to our customers, we need an Account Manager that will do the following:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries about our staffing solutions (Google Ads, Website, etc.).
- Build and maintain outbound prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo to independently source, qualify, and engage new business leads through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads that represent our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop a Scope of Work for signature.
- Work alongside the recruiting team to ensure they have all the required information to successfully source and recruit for the customer/job/project
- Support the sales and growth efforts of the sales reps/ account managers daily
- Interface directly with customer stakeholders through the entire lifecycle, continuing with site management once the project begins
- Track weekly activities with the workforce on the project, collecting timesheets via HH2 and managing expectations with the workforce and the customer
- Track activity in our CRM (SalesForce)and leverage LaborWorx software to manage pending/active jobs and weekly rosters
- Communicate with internal departments such as recruiting and finance to ensure the customer project goes smoothly and the workforce is paid accurately and on time
- Meet with customers as needed, either in-person or remote
- Participate in job site onboarding with the workforce, either in-person or remote (as applicable)
- Promote a spirit of healthy competition and drive success among their teams
- Manage multiple customer stakeholders
- Establish a plan for growth and expansion, identifying opportunities for additional staffing solutions at current and upcoming customer projects or job sites

Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of sales & account management experience
- A proven and demonstrable track record of success & exceeding targets
- A self-starter with good communication skills
- Desired: Knowledge of and experience in the staffing industry
- Experience in sales process, account expansion, customer success, and support
- Confident articulate and professional speaking abilities
- Confident in face to face or digital meetings (Zoom, Meets, Teams)
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, activity, and data within a CRM

Compensation:
- $60,000-$70,000 Base Salary (based on experience and or overall skillset) with OTE between $85,000 and $105,000 (based on base salary)
- Bonus / Commission paid on team and individual performance
