Dispatch Shift Supervisor
Position Summary
As Team Members of the Dispatch team, Dispatch Shift Supervisors are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure their actions are in the best interest of the business. Dispatch Shift Supervisors are responsible for timely documenting events, dispatching Security to calls, and operating perimeter surveillance equipment.
Position Functions
Essential Functions:
•Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude. •Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to established departmental standards. •Supervise daily activities of the department. •Operate dispatch and surveillance equipment. •Coordinate response to calls and emergency situations. •Track departmental duty assignments •Monitor entrances and surrounding property via surveillance equipment within and around CRCR to protect against theft and maintain the security of CRCR assets. •Enter accurate information into a computer-aided dispatching system. •Conduct video review investigations, working closely with Surveillance and completing appropriate investigative documentation to support outcomes. •Utilize the appropriate documentation process to record all activities that affect CRCR property, Team Members, and Guests and ensure proper notifications are made as necessary. •Direct Team Members in CRCR activities and dispatch functions, utilizing knowledge of established policies and procedures. •Effectively utilize radio communication systems, business codes, and call signs. •Report daily activities to the Safety and Risk Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Leads. •Other duties as assigned.

•Serve as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures.
•Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and Team Member engagement.
•Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations to Leads and Team Members.
•Set and oversee objectives and development for Leads and Team Members.
•Develop and adjust schedules to align with business requirements.
•Assist with employment terminations exclusively under the guidance and oversight of department management.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalency Certificate).
•1+ years in a Dispatch role.
•Be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
•Familiarity with the training of Team Members.
•Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
•2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
