Job Summary
Position requires excellent customer service and leadership skills, strong phone etiquette, computer proficiency, and a working knowledge of ski area and resort operations. Responsible for handling all monies collected during each shift, completing deposits, and preparing reports for accounting. Ensures all owners and guests are assisted in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Also responsible for scheduling and maintaining weekly shifts for cashiers and telephone operators.
Required
• Customer service experience
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Computer and cash-handling proficiency

• Knowledge of ski area and resort operations

• Days: Varies, including weekends and holidays
• Hours: Varies, including evenings
Core Responsibilities
• Supervise cashier and telephone operator staff to ensure efficient operations
• Handle all monetary transactions, deposits, and accounting reports accurately
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer inquiries professionally
• Prepare and manage weekly employee schedules
• Maintain effective communication with team members and management
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
