THE WORK
The Control Account Manager (CAM) will work with the Global Sustainment (GS) I/D Project Manager to oversee and status the CH-53K Organic Repair Capability projects with a goal of maintaining on time, on budget and compliant metrics.
CAM will support the IMS baseline development, collection/analysis/reporting of scope, cost, and schedule performance data using the company Earned Value Management system (EVMS) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) – Open Plan, for the Program Management control accounts. CAM is to perform metric reporting activities including monthly status, Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), Variance Analysis Reports (wInsight), EAC\CEAC exercises, manpower planning support (Open Plan, Vemo), and CSR reviews understanding the impact of the program metrics on driving enterprise goals for cash\sales\profit. CAM will provide oversight and will interface with all CAMs supporting the project (WPMs/Tech Leads/IPT leads) to ensure proper data analysis, clarification, and accuracy in variance drivers.
CAM will support the development/review/approval of the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) for CDRL submission and will monitor/review/update WBS Dictionary. CAM is required to help identify risks and opportunities to the EAC/BAC and work with risk manager to update ROADS as needed. This includes attendance at the pre-Review Board for initial presentation, status, guidance and the final Review Board for approval of risks and opportunities for boarding into ROADs. Status the Risks and Opportunities at least monthly, to ensure burndown and relevance validity.
CAM is required to support monthly status reviews with the Government and any surveillance/audit activities. CAM will assist the Program Management team during Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), Program Management Reviews (PMR), Logistics PMRs, and Customer Program Status meetings.

Basic Qualifications
-BA/BS degree in Aviation Program Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent with 5+ years’ CAM experience
- Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills, integrated cost/schedule management
-Experience identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities in schedule and cost performance / R&O Management
-Commitment to program objectives
-Strong Communications skills

-Understanding of LM/Sikorsky internal processes strongly preferred

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
