We’re looking for a Field Sales Specialist who’s ready to own a territory, grow an existing book of business, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned 

• Drive new business through prospecting and consultative selling
• Manage and grow accounts across industries: healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and more
• Lead in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain and update CRM, pipeline, and customer reviews
• Hit sales and margin goals—and be rewarded for it
• Partner with Sales Leaders, BDMs, and vendor reps to expand your territory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset
• Willingness to learn our product lines and industry
