Sales Engineer – Turn Technical Expertise into Client Success!
Flexcraft, a leading full-service custom plastics molding company, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support our commercial and technical operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of plastic processing and the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling proposals and bids for clients across industries such as healthcare, nutraceuticals, food & beverage, consumer goods, and industrial.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the technical bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Lead RFQs, RFPs, and custom bid processes from start to finish.
- Develop accurate cost estimates, timelines, and pricing strategies.
- Present proposals that win business and build trust.
- Support seamless product launches and maintain strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in technical sales—plastics experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of plastic processing, tooling, and production workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CAD and ERP/CRM proficiency.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
