Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the collection, management, and reporting of patient satisfaction 
and related survey data for Baptist entities. This role ensures accurate data administration and reporting 
to support organizational goals in patient safety, satisfaction, and community engagement.

Job Responsibilities
• Supports the administration of the Patient Safety Culture Survey for all Baptist employees.
• Maintains a database of physician practices and physicians for use in the submission of data for 
patient satisfaction measurement of physician office practices.
• Enters survey data and creates reports monthly for patient satisfaction measurement of Baptist 
entities on non-vendor paper survey versions.
• Downloads CMS data for reporting.
• Assists in the administration of the Medical Staff data for use in the physician survey of the 
hospital. 
• Assists with the community opinion survey.
• Assists with community benefit reporting. 
• Completes assigned goals.

Minimum Required:

0-2 years of Requisite Topical experience

Education:

Minimum Required

Bachelor’s degree in a Research, Business, Economics or Analytics-oriented field required.
