Job Summary

The Senior BD Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging expertise in Business Scorecard and Cheminformatics. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with 8 to 12 years of experience to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and achieve measurable outcomes.

  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth.
  • Oversee the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Ensure alignment of business development activities with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
