Job Summary
The Account Manager I, Enterprise will be responsible for generating revenue by selling AMN products and services to the healthcare industry through the acquisition of new accounts. They will act as a consultant on staffing needs and processes by partnering with AMN Recruiters and Associate Vendors. The role requires building relationships with key decision-makers, such as C-Suite executives, unit managers, Directors of HR, business owners, and others who supervise staffing management.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts proactive outreach to potential customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, social media, and job boards. Specifically, this role is encouraged to make 75+ phone calls per day, as well as engage in email marketing, social media prospecting, and job board prospecting.
- Identifies and understands client needs and challenges, and presents tailored solutions that address their current financial, operational, and workforce planning issues while aligning with their future goals. This involves using phone and email communication to establish rapport and build relationships with client contacts.
- Partners with cross-divisional sales team members and leaders to get approval or feedback on proposed contract terms, and coordinates to resolve client issues to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Effectively communicates with clients to ensure timely and accurate updates on open orders, candidate availability, confirmed placements, and contract expiration dates.
- Advises recruitment and associate vendors through accurate order details and unit descriptions to ensure adequate candidate file flow so all staffing needs are filled within contract timeframes.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication with hospital clients to provide timely updates on open orders, candidate availability, confirmed placements, and contract termination dates.
- Develops, monitors, and evaluates the Annual Territory Plan by collaborating with the Regional Vice President and other members of the Client Sales team to identify and overcome challenges in meeting revenue targets.
Key Skills
- Must be comfortable on the phones - will be speaking with unit managers, human resources, and C-level Executives
- Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize & execute on a plan
- Flexible, willing, and able to keep up with changing priorities
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Experience in sales or recruiting
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Travel is required X% of the time for this role.

Pay Rate
$19.50 - $24.25 HourlyFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
