Marketing Coordinator - Intern to Full-Time na Antolino and Associates

Position: Marketing Coordinator

You will be responsible for helping ANTOLINO grow through various marketing efforts. We have a team approach, and you will collaborate with the Leadership of the firm, including our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Marketing Committee, Advisor Team and other support staff. You will help us create and implement an annual marketing plan, holding us accountable to achieving certain metrics as defined by our marketing plan.

We have been consistently growing at 20% per year, and plan to accelerate that growth through our marketing efforts. We are looking for a go-getter to help build out our marketing department. We are targeting a graduating senior to be an intern right away and come on full-time in the Spring. Or a recent graduate.

This position is based in Columbus, OH.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for:
  • Marketing Calendar Implementation: Keeping our marketing calendar up-to-date in line with our annual marketing plan and implementing what we lay out. Holding the necessary parties accountable to advance our marketing agenda – you will work with us, not all by yourself.
  • Brand Champion: Be our brand champion leader, ensuring consistency across all mediums of communication and for all employees: website, LinkedIn, emails, other digital communication, signage, print-outs etc.
  • Digital Communication Champion: for email campaigns, event invites, social media posts
• Team Member
  • Work with other team members to evaluate and/or /lead new firm-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Actively participate in industry/community organizations.
  • Promote our culture of optimism and happiness for both employees and clients.

Education, Experience and Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum or on pace to graduate in Spring of 2026
• Some form of Marketing experience required – internship or other
• Video/content editing experience
• Experience related to, or ability to learn quickly: HubSpot, Sales Force, Social Media, video editing, website maintenance, podcast recording/editing
