Description

Position Summary 

This position is responsible for assisting in all stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of offerings, generating leads, assisting with appointments and demonstrations, and retaining customers. 

Essential Functions/Job Duties: 

  • Research and generate lists of potential customers. 

  • Provide input and attend customer meetings, proposals, and presentations. 

  • Assist in developing new client relationships via various prospecting methods. 

  • Work with lead Sales Consultants to retain and expand current customer relationships through business review meetings. 

  • Learn and apply proven sales techniques. 

  • Maintain accurate sales records via CRM system. 

  • Meet with upper Management weekly to review progress & receive feedback. 

  • Participate in training programs, while actively applying training modules in daily engagements. 

  • Engage in ongoing internal monthly representative reviews with upper Management. 

  • Other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management. 

Qualifications


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 

This is a part-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs. Infrequent travel may be required. 

Required Minimum Job Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience 

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Must be currently enrolled in a four-year university or college, graduating within 2 years of internship.
