As an E-Commerce Executive, you will manage the company e-commerce platforms, ensuring they meet the business needs and provide value, whilst maintaining and enhancing Disturbia’s reputation and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Update, schedule and manage on-site content, inclusive of all website banners, landing pages, product content and more across multiple regions.
- Prepare curate and implement on site promotions and season launches, inclusive of discount codes, product curation, collection, and page management across multiple regions.
- Daily and weekly sales reporting across products, regions, platforms, and payment methods.
- Daily analysis, and curation of all products on site including navigation, visual merchandising, product imagery and copy.
- Managing the online product catalogue, handling all product creation and associated attributes and product tags.
- Daily site walking for site optimisation.
- Reporting on competitor analysis and campaign performance, providing wash-up presentations for continual improvement.
- Assist in online development projects and testing.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service and Social Media teams to ensure an aligned customer focused strategy across all platforms.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
German speaking is preferred, but not essential
