About the Role:

The Production Operator- DAY SHIFT plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, adhering to quality control standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ultimate goal is to produce high-quality products that meet industry standards while minimizing waste and downtime. Operators will work closely with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and implement solutions promptly. Shift: 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Must be available to work weekends. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weights as required by the job.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry or clean room environment.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and production equipment.
• Certification in safety or quality control procedures.
