Role: Defrost Weekend Team Leader
Location: Laforey Road, Grimsby
Shift: Saturday, Sunday
Salary: £19.19 per hour
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Defrost Weekend TeamLeader to join our growing Production team. As a Production TeamLeader you will do daily operations of a designated production line/ teamwithin the Production Area.
Key responsibilities as a Defrost Weekend Team Leader will be to:
- Through the S.I.C process, record and escalate any issues to the Team Managerand carry out actions that have been agreed in order to correct any losses.
- Product giveaways should be reviewed and any issues affecting giveawaysescalated to the Team Manager.
- Support the investigation/actioning of any non-conforming processes/ productsin order to reduce waste and ensure that Batch Yield is on target.
- Be aware of the labour cost of the designated production line/ team andsupport the Team Manager in efforts to improve this labour cost.
Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Defrost Weekend TeamLeader r will include:
- Previous food production experience
- Interpret data (Screen display)
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible.
