Responsibilities
- Product Reliability and Warranty Analysis Reporting for Electrical, Electronics aggregates
- Analysis of warranty claim data for Electrical & Electronics Aggregates
- Review of the supplier's root cause analysis and 8D reports
- Countermeasure verification at the supplier's end and monitoring countermeasure effectiveness
- Rapid detection and resolution of potential market failures
- On-site field assistance for critical failures in both the domestic and export markets
- Quick detection of Potential Failures in Market using Warranty Tools
- Support for Technical Issue Resolution for Field Failures in Vehicle Aggregates
- Coordination for Failed Part Analysis in DPAC Area with PST members
- Vehicle and Test Rig Failed Parts Functional Tests
- Technical Service Bulletin / Customer Service Guidelines for Critical Field Issues
- Knowledge of DTC and support for telematics and connectivity solutions.
- Responsible for Supplier Recovery and Warranty Cost topics
- Co-ordinating with other stakeholder for FQM & QEB task updates
- Responsible for reporting the emerging trends and prepare reports for management review
- Responsible for Month in Services Target Achievement
- Target Adherence & Sustenance Establishment for Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain the required document as per the standard requirement/defined
Qualifications
Fundamental Knowledge of
- Bachelor of Engineering – ECE/EEE/Mechatronics
- Business Analytics & Intelligence
- Production and operation management
- Strong Computer Basics (MS Office, Online Collaboration Tools)
- Automotive Electronics & Electrical Architecture
- Manufacturing processes
- Vehicle dynamics & Testing
