The Highlands is seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded Resort Service Agent to join our team! In this role, you'll assist guests in person at the Resort Services Desk—by being the resorts one-stop location for ticket, pass, lesson, rental and activity purchases. Full and part-time seasonal positions are available and offer an exciting opportunity to be part of an incredible resort environment.

Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to):
Assist guests with purchasing and managing tickets, season passes, lessons, rental reservations, and other activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort products, promotions, pricing, and special events to effectively assist guests.
Keep work area clean, neat, and organized (indoors or outdoors).
Process transactions, apply credits, and update guest profiles with accuracy and attention to data privacy.
Ensure guest profiles are current and all required waivers are signed.
Handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely, professional, and respectful manner while delivering excellent service.
Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in job sharing and maintaining a friendly, cooperative attitude in all interactions.
Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc.):
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and professional email/chat writing ability.
Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and guest service tools.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to problem-solve independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc.):
Experience with computers and/or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Experience with cash handling.
Work Environment:
• The environment can be loud at times as this location is the central hub to get all 
guests out on to the hill
 
Position type and expected hours of work:
• Full-Time or Part-Time 
• 8-10 hour shifts 
• Weekends and holidays are required
