Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing technical projects within our organization. With a focus primarily on MSTR GCP and database management & SQL you will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of database solutions ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Expertise in MSTR.
- Provide expertise in GCP to enhance cloud-based solutions and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts and queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in database management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to database and application performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of IT projects aligning with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in database management and SQL with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate expertise in MSTR ensuring robust Development and support.
- Have hands-on experience with GCP leveraging cloud technologies for scalable solutions.
- Exhibit knowledge of Payments Networks and Issuer & Issuer Processor domains.
- Familiarity with COTS Products in BFS Cards & Payments is advantageous.
- Experience in Acquirer & Acquirer Processor domains is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
