| Additional Job Requirements: Entry level within the strategist role working under close supervision. Conducts assignments as directed and supports management and senior teams. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, promotions, and incentives to achieve maximum growth and retention. Works collaboratively within the company developing and communicating processes required to sell and service customers. Develops marketing tactical plans and programs. Supports sales and customer support with an emphasis on achieving customer growth, retention, and market share. Minimum Qualifications: Required: *A combination of relevant work experience and/or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job may substitute to meet the total years required on a year-for-year basis

The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of the business and drive growth opportunities. Provides guidance and work with the internal team to achieve brand and business objectives.
- Develop unique digital strategies and build upon current strategies to meet/exceed objectives.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with coworkers and strategic partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
- Work with project managers to ensure team is aligned to requirements.
- Proactively keeps abreast of marketing and media plans, and provides digital solutions including email campaigns, site optimization, social networks, viral, etc.
- Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset Modes.
EMAIL MARKETING
Additional Duties:
- Develop email marketing strategies to meet/exceed business objectives.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with coworkers and strategic partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
- Proactively keep abreast of marketing and media plans, ensuring email marketing campaigns align with these plans and with overall digital strategy.
- Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset.
Modes.
- Work with multiple departments to manage email lists and segmentation.
- Write compelling copy for email campaigns and work with other digital team members on design and execution of emails.
- Report on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
- Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns.
