What you’ll do:
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and analyze operational issues to identify root causes to increase sales productivity.
Recommend KPIs for the Sales Team that show performance against objectives to enable effective management and help to generate reports on KPIs for management reviews.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional campaigns.
Take on additional assignments or special Sales projects as agreed.
Understand and breakdown business processes into key data points with which to build insightful reports that are easy to digest by the end user.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to drive agreed customer initiatives and align organizational goals.
Influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and maintain effective relationships.

Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).

Flexible and a committed team player, willing to take initiative and go beyond the job description.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
