Our Drainage Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment for field drainage purposes.  General duties with include, but not be limited to the following:

Primary responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment
• Familiarity with GPS controls and layout for drainage planning
• Operation of agricultural equipment
• Dig trenches with ditching equipment
• Site/Shop Cleanup
• Pick up and take care of tools.
• Keep a clean jobsite

Salary Range:  $18 - $26; based on experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of prior agriculture or construction experience
• Willingness to apply hands on experience to equipment and material
• Ability to take directions and apply to situations; adaptable to various personalities
• Prior work experience with drain tile a plus!!
• Clean driving record; Willingness to obtain Commercial Driver License
• Heavy lifting, manual digging and repetitive climbing
