• Koordination und Steuerung komplexer Kundenprojekte im Tagesgeschäft
• Bearbeitung und Lösung anspruchsvoller Kundenanfragen und -probleme
• Schulung, Delegation und Kontrolle der Arbeit von Support-Mitarbeitern
• Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung
• Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten zur Kundenbeziehung
• Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Dein Profil:

• Erfahrung im Client Relationship Management oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
• Organisationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Aufgaben zu koordinieren
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen
• Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitern
• Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
