What you’ll do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the bidding, supervision, and billing of product installs for customers of renovation projects and new installs. The Installed Sales Manager will develop and maintain a positive, collaborative working relationship with all team members, customers, and contractor clients. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a customer experience that makes a difference in our members' lives
- Working with customers to determine scope of projects, and preparing estimates for all materials and labour
- Providing oversight and maintaining communication with customer, carpenter, and internal/external suppliers throughout project
- Collaborating with other Team Leaders on ordering, receiving, and storage of materials to ensure seamless experience for customers
- Ongoing quality control, ensuring that all finished products meet a standard of excellence
- Building strong customer relationships, delivering solutions, and overseeing and monitoring client satisfaction levels, ensuring customer issues are resolved, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participating in department budgeting and financial reporting
- Ensuring the follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved while being responsible for coordination and compliance of all safety, maintenance, and asset protection policies.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Operations and:
- You have applicable post secondary education, or equivalent on the job training
- You’re experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service
- You have 5+ years experience in building and renovations, with involvement from planning to completion
