- Enter high volume of invoices (warehouse or dealer direct) with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Perform daily balancing process for the AP invoice entry team.
- Review supplier statements as necessary.
- Assist with other administrative related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Possible review of dealer billing, compare to AP invoice, to ensure data entry is correct.
- Check invoice terms and taxes for both Dealer Owners and Suppliers.
- Ensure that quantity received matches invoices.
- High School Diploma or GED, with two years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams). Knowledge of an ERP system or Oracle Financials is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Federal and Provincial Sales Taxes.
- Ability to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of initiative, diligence, attention to detail, and self-discipline is essential.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
