About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead our Audio Visual, Security, and Communications programs. This individual will oversee cross-functional teams delivering integrated technology solutions while driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with proven experience in estimating, bidding, and securing new work, along with full program and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across Audio Visual, Security, and Communications disciplines.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion-ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results.
- Take ownership of estimating, proposal preparation, and bid submissions, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company goals.
- Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
- Manage the P&L performance of assigned programs, optimizing resources and driving profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality standards across all projects.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience managing Audio Visual, Security, or Communications projects or programs.
- Proven success in estimating, bidding, and securing work, with a strong record of business growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong financial acumen and full P&L management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-facing environment.
