Job Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior Recruiter will manage and oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates who align with ICHS' mission and values. Handle all aspects of recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical assigned positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Support managers on additional roles with job posting, compensation negotiations, background checks, and offers. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will partner with and train hiring supervisors and interviewers on recruitment processes, develop and implement sourcing strategies to find talent, oversee the recruitment candidate experience, facilitate efficient hiring practices, and assist with EEO reporting.

Education - Bachelor’s degree required.  Degree requirement may be fulfilled by an AA or AS degree with 2 years of equivalent experience.
Experience - Two (2) years confidential and sensitive administrative experience.  Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.
