We are looking for someone who can be flexible in working times, working between the hours of 8am-8pm on site in Greenford. 

How will you contribute and what experience will you bring?

· Provide high-quality administrative and generalist HR support across the site, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all interactions.

· Manage a busy employee relations (ER) caseload, offering timely advice aligned with current legislation and company policies and procedures.

· Build strong, ongoing relationships across all levels of the business, establishing yourself as a credible and valued member of the People Team. Respond to queries directly and guide managers toward best practice approaches.

· Support departmental managers in interpreting and applying company policies, procedures, and local agreements effectively.

· Contribute to the delivery of the annual People Plan, adapting initiatives as needed to meet evolving business needs.

· Compile, interpret, and analyse management information (MI) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

What will you bring?

· Solid HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.

· Proven ability to deliver pragmatic, tailored HR advice to meet business needs.

· Strong background in employee relations, including supporting managers through complex ER issues.

· CIPD Level 3 qualified or actively working towards certification.

· Sound understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.

· Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Someone with a creative mindset who can bring fresh, engaging ideas to enhance colleague experience.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.

· Passionate about supporting and developing colleagues to reach their full potential.
