We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of performance marketing strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization to drive measurable business growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Efficiently manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and performance outcomes.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Develop and execute funnel-specific campaigns for Ecommerce, B2B2C, and B2B segments.
- Optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
4. Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging visuals, videos, and landing pages that drive conversions.
5. Testing & Experimentation
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, CTAs, audience segments, and placements to enhance performance.
6. Audience Strategy
- Define and manage remarketing, lookalike, and custom audience strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
