Life as a Growth Marketing Manager would be:

Running campaigns that bring in high-quality leads and make the sales team exceed targets

Teaming up with Content and Design to turn the website and landing pages into lead-generating machines

Experimenting with messaging, creative, and targeting, always  testing, learning, improving

Working cross-functionally to make sure marketing activity actually turns into opportunities

Continuously iterating on strategies to attract bigger clients, speed up sales, and boost conversions

Our dream Growth Marketing Manager has:

3+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or HR Tech

Proven experience in demand generation, ABM, and multi-channel campaigns that convert

A data-loving brain that spots what’s working, what’s not, and how to fix it fast

Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, CRO, and tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics

A collaborative spirit, ready to partner with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Product, and Clinical teams
