Location: Ooltewah, TN| Reports To: Health Services Director

Your Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and support LPN staff in daily duties.
Serve as on-call nurse as scheduled, ensuring client safety 24/7.
Monitor medication administration, including controlled substances, for accuracy and compliance.
Audit pharmaceuticals and ensure continuity of care.
Track and follow up on consultations, labs, x-rays, immunizations, and special procedures.
Review physician orders, assessments, and documentation regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless client care.
Act as Health Services Director in their absence.
Participate in admission/discharge reviews and other special projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
Current RN license in good standing (Tennessee)
CPR certification (within 30 days of hire)
Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification (within 60 days of hire)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supervising nurses
Previous experience with disabled adults
