TAMKO is seeking an ERP Transformation Leader to enable executive leaders in fielding an SAP S/4 during a digital transformation. This role combines deep SAP expertise with consensus-driven leadership, ensuring executives have the knowledge, clarity, and options needed to lead the company using clean core ERP principles.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of executive advisory skills, program management expertise, and SAP ecosystem knowledge to influence decisions, align leadership, and architect solutions at the corporate level.

- Deliver high-pressure executive presentations with top-tier clarity with impactful value add statements.
- Provide executives with clear, actionable explanations of the SAP S/4 ecosystem and its business implications.
- Meet weekly with executives to build alignment on ERP transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a corporate-level solutions architect, analyzing SAP S/4 ecosystems and presenting options to solve business problems.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, simplifying complex topics into business-focused insights.
- Facilitate consensus among leaders using strong active listening, diplomacy, and conflict management skills.
- Apply PMP methodology and tools to structure, manage, and communicate ERP transformation progress.
- Demonstrate ability to build trust in the process in high-stakes executive discussions.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of executive influencing experience in SAP S/4 HANA Ecosystems
- Experience in an S/4 brownfield implementation as a critical leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP/HANA database design and modeling techniques, including SAP’s digital transformation strategy (S/4 and Enterprise HANA).
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) applications and SAP Business Data Cloud applications.
- Experience with SAP HANA integration options such as Dynamic Tiering, Smart Data Access (SDA), and Smart Data Integration (SDI).
- Solid background in data modeling and warehousing: star schema, snowflake schema, hub-and-spoke models, and dimensional design.
- Expertise in Enterprise Data Warehouse, ETL, and SAP-specific data integration techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI, WebFOCUS, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Vistex for pricing, rebates, and revenue management processes.
- Basic understanding or working knowledge of Master Data Management and Web Services.
- Proficient business knowledge in manufacturing, oil & gas, or related industries.
- PMP certification with proven experience using project management products and processes.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and align executives.
- Demonstrated executive presence: humble, calm, and persuasive under pressure.
