POSITION TITLE: Theatrical Title Manager (End-to-End)

LOCATION: Burbank, CA

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Position Overview
As a Theatrical Title Manager (End-to-End), you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of theatrical titles, from initial scripting, streaming through to Blu-ray authoring and delivery (and everything in between!). You’ll act as the operational anchor and trusted point of contact, ensuring all workflows come together seamlessly whilst delivering white glove client experience. 


This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for someone who understands the rhythm of theatrical distribution, enjoys solving complex workflow puzzles, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Own the full lifecycle of assigned titles, from script creation, localization, and mastering to disc authoring and delivery.
•    Coordinate cross-functionally between creative, technical, and operations teams to align priorities and resolve blockers.
•    Communicate clearly with clients and internal partners, ensuring expectations are managed and updates are timely.
•    Identify risks early and drive proactive solutions to protect delivery timelines and quality.
•    Maintain data accuracy in core systems ensuring they reflect the true project state.
•    Champion quality and consistency across dubbing, subtitling, mastering, and QC.
•    Continuously improve workflows and handoffs between teams, balancing speed, and precision.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
•    A background in title management, post-production, or localization, ideally with theatrical or premium content.
•    Practical understanding of end-to-end workflows, including scripting, dubbing, subtitling, mastering, and fulfillment.
•    A track record of owning complex projects from start to finish, with multiple moving parts and tight deadlines.
•    Strong organizational and communication skills you can see the details and the big picture at once. 
•    A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across diverse teams.

This role is based in Burbank, CA and the base pay range for this role is $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
