Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. The Job:
OMG23 | Walt Disney Account | Paid Media
We're looking for a Paid Search and Social to lead strategy, execution, and client relationships on one of the most exciting accounts in entertainment. You'll manage day-to-day campaigns, guide a team, and turn marketing goals into paid media strategies that actually move the needle.
Heads up: this is a paid media role only (Search, YouTube, and Social). If your background is organic, community, or content creation—this isn’t the fit.
What You'll Do:
Strategy
- Build smart paid search and social strategies across Google, Bing, YouTube and Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and more
- Translate client objectives into actionable media plans
- Spot opportunities to innovate and keep campaigns ahead of the curve
- Ensure search and social integrate with the bigger media/brand picture
Execution
- Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance across platforms
- Compile long-term paid search and social media strategies and roadmaps
- Act as key client contact; answer questions, solve challenges, and build trust
- Nurture strong relationships with media partners
Reporting and Insights
- Define KPIs, analyze results, and share clear, actionable insights
- Oversee reporting accuracy and delivery timelines
- Apply learnings to optimize future campaigns
Media Account Management
- Manage, coach, and support team members
- Collaborate across teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Provide strong points-of-view that push both the agency and client forward
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in paid search and paid social (agency background preferred)
- Strong data and storytelling skills-Excel, PowerPoint, presentations
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DoubleClick (or similar)
- Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Bonus, HTML and CSS knowledge
- Confident in client and team conversations—clear and collaborative
- Strong communicator (written, verbal, and client-facing)
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
- Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
