Expected salary range of $39,748 to $44,165, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The position of Customer Loyalty Outbound Sales Representative will primarily be responsible for managing inbound calls from both internal and external customers. In addition, will proactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone or email to build relationships, drive sales, and increase retention rates.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails with existing and potential clients to foster relationships, promote sales, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to strengthen loyalty and retention.
Use active listening and question-based sales techniques to assess needs, suggest appropriate products and guide prospects, customers and channel partners as they evaluate products and services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators as outlined on the scorecard.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, referring customers to appropriate departments as needed while maintaining accurate records of all interactions in CRM software.
Stay up to date on products, services, and current campaigns to effectively position the value of our service plans.

3-years of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
3-years sales or sales support experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, driven to achieve success and focused on personal continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills involved with casting vision, negotiation, and persuasion
Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to embrace and manage change effectively
Ability to travel on a quarterly basis
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of some college-level coursework
Knowledge of Paymentus billing platform
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce, and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
