US Aftercare Sales Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
The US Aftercare Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the aftercare sales team to achieve revenue targets and increase the market penetration percentages. This will include developing strategic sales plans, coaching team members and establishing a positive and productive culture within the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement new sales programs to support additional products and services as they become available
- Increase monthly Aftercare penetration rates in alignment with company targets.
- Recruit and develop a strong sales leadership and support team to improve the effectiveness of the department and increase employee retention.
- Manage lead disposition and ensure thorough follow-up for all Aftercare leads not converted to sales.
- Monitor and enhance departmental performance through metrics, coaching, and targeted training.
- Recruit, train, and manage Aftercare sales agents.
- Oversee employee performance including attendance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures.
- Represent the company professionally by actively listening to and addressing customer needs.
- Perform other duties as required to support company operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a sales and call center environment.
- Previous managerial and sales experience with insurance and service contracts preferred.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and write professional correspondence.
- Comfortable presenting information to customers and teams in small group settings.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply logical thinking to carry out instructions and resolve standard problems.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Google Chrome, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Windows-based applications.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Typical office environment with moderate noise level.
- Regularly required to sit and communicate effectively.
- Occasionally required to stand or lift up to 10 pounds.
