AFC provides localized expertise to customers in particular industries and geographies. We don't have a traditional hierarchical management structure where everyone simply "reports up." Instead, our company is made up of on-the-ground experts operating in an entrepreneurial fashion with the backing and support of an enterprise-grade organization.
Sharing cultural values breeds consistency and quality throughout our organization. Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style.
Brief Description:

- Quality assurance: Technicians conduct ongoing quality checks during print runs, collecting random samples and making adjustments to ensure consistency and prevent misprints. They also perform a final inspection of finished products.
- Troubleshooting and repairs: They diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues that arise with the printing equipment. For major malfunctions, they may coordinate with maintenance personnel or vendor service providers.
- Finishing and binding: After a job is printed, the technician operates bindery equipment to complete the order. This includes cutting, collating, folding, drilling, and binding materials.
