Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair equipment, systems, or vehicles as assigned.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Identify technical issues and determine appropriate repair methods or parts needed.
- Complete service reports, documentation, and customer sign-offs accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed, costs, and recommendations.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the service team and management to ensure timely job completion.
- Keep up to date with technical knowledge, tools, and best practices.
