Description & Requirements:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate to join Infor Process Catalog automation team. We play a key role in automating the use cases across industries with Key ERPs like LN, M3 &, Syteline.Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and create test cases. * Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing using automation frameworks. * Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, Maven, Cucumber). * Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects in tools such as JIRA or similar. * Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on testability and quality. * Identify, track, and prioritize defects; work closely with the development team for resolution. * Ensure continuous improvement in automation coverage and testing practices. * Prepare test reports, metrics, and documentation to communicate test progress and outcomes. * Ensure traceability between use cases, delivered automation code and generated use case artifacts * Work as part of a dynamic team in an Agile environment * Share best practices and improve processes within the team * Participate in planning and/or creation of test automationKey Requirements/Experience:* 2-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation. * Strong proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver. * Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber (BDD). * Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.). * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. * Good verbal and written communication skills.Desired Requirements * Experience in all stages of application testing, including functional, usability, regression, load/stress and performance testing * GenAI Tools for Quality Assurance.
