Role and Responsibilities and requirements

• Sew products after they have been assembled to be sent to trimming
• Assemble the parts of the Thermaxx product (per CAD design) and prepare product to move to sewing 
• Follow schedule of product ship dates as directed 
• Clean work area DAILY (at the end of shift)
• Dispose of waste 
• Follow Work schedule – Workday Hours
• Use iPod and Thermaxx APP (as directed)
• Communicate any problems with jacket to QA department and have problem fixed by assembler or supervisor 
• Use safety equipment provided – report injuries immediately to supervisor or manager
• Respect the Employee Handbook
• Lead by example; help others to achieve. Promote a good work environment
• Other duties that are requested by supervisor or manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Skills

1. Sewing machine operation and basic maintenance 
2. Read CAD drawings
3. Basic Math – use a variety of measuring tools
4. Communication skills 

• Technology skills – Use iPod with Company APPs.
