Custodian/Floor Tech

About the Role:    

As a Custodian/Floor Tech at Columbine Management Services, you will: 

• Perform custodial and floor care duties to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. 

• Inspect and maintain facilities, equipment, and grounds to meet safety and regulatory standards. 

• Assist with supply use, equipment care, and basic maintenance tasks as needed. 

• Support visitor comfort and staff operations by responding to work requests and on-call emergencies, including snow removal. 

What We're Looking For: 

Experience and Education: 

• Must be 18 or older. 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• Previous relevant experience highly preferred. 

Skills:  

• Floor care expertise. 

• Facility maintenance knowledge. 

• Strong time management. 

Attributes:  

• Dependability. 

• Attention to detail. 

• Team-oriented attitude. 

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $16 - $19/hr. DOE
