Full-time.
Starting pay: $16-19/hr. depending on experience.

About the Role:
As a Custodian/Floor Tech at Columbine Management Services, you will:
Perform custodial and floor care duties to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Inspect and maintain facilities, equipment, and grounds to meet safety and regulatory standards.
Assist with supply use, equipment care, and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Support visitor comfort and staff operations by responding to work requests and on-call emergencies, including snow removal.
What We're Looking For:
Experience and Education:
Must be 18 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous relevant experience highly preferred.
Skills:
Floor care expertise.
Facility maintenance knowledge.
Strong time management.
Attributes:
Dependability.
Attention to detail.
Team-oriented attitude.
