Maintenance Technician Description

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently? Allied Plastics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our third-shift team (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday PM through Friday AM) at our thermoforming manufacturing facility in Twin Lakes, WI.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. You’ll also use your skills as a Maintenance Electrician to ensure that all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting the consistent performance of our thermoforming machinery and facility systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment

• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues

• Support production teams with equipment setup and troubleshooting

• Document maintenance work and communicate effectively with shift supervisors

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and electrical background (experience as a Maintenance Electrician preferred)

• Solid understanding of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and troubleshooting practices

• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently on third shift
