CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Technical Product Owner position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duties:
Drive the delivery of high-quality digital products by bridging business objectives with technical execution. Lead cross-functional teams to define, build, and optimize solutions that meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and balance cost, benefit, and risk throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure alignment between design, build, and business intent.
Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release readiness.
Conduct root cause analysis and proactively identify process or product improvements.
Review and translate vendor solution architectures for system integration.
Guide change management and implementation activities.
Skills:
Strong technical acumen with proven Product Owner experience.
Expertise in systems engineering, data analysis, and solution integration.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred: Healthcare and EPIC API experience; Generative AI, Agentic AI, or chatbot development background.
Experience:
Demonstrated success managing complex digital or technical products.
Experience defining and executing product strategy in agile environments.
100% remote; occasional travel may be required.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant technical experience, or
HS diploma/GED and 9+ years of relevant experience.
Certification:
Scrum Product Owner certification (required within one year of hire).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $83.00 to $95.00/hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, experience, education, market factors, and applicable certifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
