This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at the office, Fridays at home)

What You Can Expect

● Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
● Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
● Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
● Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracy.

What You Bring to the Table

●Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A, including experience in a leadership role.
●Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
●Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
●Excellent communication and presentation skills.
●Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
●Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
