• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications to support various banking processes and workflows
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient Appian solutions
• Implement best practices for Appian development, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems and databases using REST APIs and web services
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Appian applications to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Appian applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions with the development team
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and system architecture for Appian applications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in Appian development, with a strong understanding of the Appian low-code platform
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the banking sector or financial services industry (preferred)
• Appian Certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer, Appian Certified Lead Developer) (preferred)
• Knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and compliance requirements (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
